Is 90 days enough time to build a full brand? Absolutely. We’ve designed the this experience to be the perfect "baking time." By breaking the 12 weeks into three 4-week semesters, we ensure your strategy is solid before the first logo is ever drawn. You aren't just getting a design; you’re getting a foundation that is built to last.

Do I need to have my business idea "ready" before I join? You just need the ingredients, we help you create the recipe! Semester 1 is dedicated to refining your vision and strategy. Whether you are starting from scratch or rebranding an existing business, we’ll make sure your "flavor" is clear before we move to the design phase.

What is the "Sister Academy" and how do I access it? Think of the Sister Academy as your co-pilot. While your brand is baking, you get free access to this training vault specifically focused on AI and Automation. You’ll receive your login credentials during your Semester 1 "Passport Processing."

What if I’m not tech-savvy? Don't worry, you’re in the First Class cabin! We handle the heavy lifting, including your Full Website Design and Full Brand Blueprint. We provide conversion-focused guidance so you know exactly what to say and where to put it without the tech-headaches.

When will I receive my physical brand assets? Your physical suite (Tablecloth, Banner, Plaque, etc.) is the "Golden Crust" of the program. These items are finalized and shipped during Semester 3 to ensure they feature your perfect, finalized branding and logos.

What happens if I miss a "Departure" (Enrollment)? To keep our mentorship 1:1 and high-touch, we only accept a limited number of students per semester. Once the gates close and the oven is pre-heated, enrollment is locked until the next 90-day cycle begins.

By purchasing and enrolling in the Brand From Scratch 90-Day Experience (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Agreement & Acceptance

Your purchase, enrollment, or payment for the Program constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and La’s Sweet Treats.

2. Program Description & Access

The Program is a digital coaching and brand transformation experience that includes strategy, mentorship, content, materials, and any live or recorded sessions provided during the 90-day cycle. 

Access to program materials, platforms, community portals, and included deliverables begins once payment is received.

3. Payment & Enrollment

Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been negotiated in writing. Failure to make payment as agreed can result in revocation of access and cancellation of your enrollment without refund.

4. No Refunds or Credits

Due to the transformational nature of the Program, its digital delivery, and access granted from the start, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued once payment is made and Program access is granted.

5. Intellectual Property & Use

All curriculum, templates, lessons, content, recordings, worksheets, and materials provided are the exclusive property of La’s Sweet Treats. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your personal or business development only.

You may not resell, distribute, share, record, republish, or repurpose any part of the Program without written permission from La’s Sweet Treats.

6. Results Disclaimer

La’s Sweet Treats makes no promises or guarantees about specific business outcomes, income, revenue, branding success, or measurable results. Results depend on each individual’s efforts, implementation, consistency, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Conduct & Participation

You agree to engage respectfully with community spaces, coaches, and resources. La’s Sweet Treats reserves the right to remove participants who act abusively, disruptively, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

8. Access Period

Program access is valid for the duration of the 90-day cycle starting from your Program start date.

After 90 days, content access may be limited based on your purchase or membership agreement.

9. Technical Requirements & Responsibility

You are responsible for providing your own devices, internet access, software, and any tools needed to participate. La’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for technology failures, platform outages, or access issues outside of our control.

10. Changes to Program or Terms

La’s Sweet Treats reserves the right to update Program content, curriculum delivery, features, coaches, timeline, or Terms at any time. Continued participation after such changes confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

La’s Sweet Treats, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where La’s Sweet Treats is registered. Any disputes will be handled through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through court systems under that jurisdiction.
