built from scratch and real experience
What started in the kitchen has evolved into a structured space where entrepreneurs and bakers turn creativity into currency.
Starting this journey at just 12 years old, building our business from the ground up with nothing but passion, consistency, and a vision.
Over the years, that hands-on experience turned into real results and at 21, I took a leap and moved overseas to expand that vision even further.
Now, The Sweet Academy exists as a reflection of that journey. A place where what I’ve learned is passed down with structure, intention, and clarity.
This isn’t just about learning.
It’s about building something that lasts.

The Proof Is In the Pudding!
I started my journey at 12 years old.
Becoming an entrepreneur that young wasn’t easy but it taught me discipline, resilience, and how to build from nothing.
What began as a passion for baking turned into something much bigger.
The Sweet Academy was created not just for who I am today, but for who I was starting out. My younger self. And every beginner trying to figure it out.
I started from scratch so that you can start from
the sweet experience!
