Booking Policy: All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once payment is received, your session time will be confirmed via email or message. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Requests made after that timeframe will require a new booking fee. Cancellations & Refunds: All sessions are non-refundable, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule once (with at least 24-hour notice). No-shows will forfeit their payment. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will still end at the scheduled time. Service Scope: Each session is for consultation and guidance purposes only. No legal, medical, or financial guarantees are made. Confidentiality: All discussions during your session are confidential and will not be shared without your consent. Results Disclaimer: Individual outcomes vary. The purpose of each session is to provide guidance, clarity, and actionable direction. Implementation and results depend on each client’s personal effort and circumstances. Professional Conduct: Respectful communication is expected during all sessions. Lala reserves the right to end a session early if inappropriate behavior occurs.
